Pack with Care
Secure the appliance in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
